When you join the Brigade, we send you a questionnaire to map all the info we need to gather your loot. But don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers, our gang will fill in the blanks with their mega insight and vision. Ready to start the journey?
Please include these in the “Order Notes” at the checkout page:
• Color preference (for example: red and white)
• Text to be included (example: Any specific catchphrase you may have)
• Fonts to be used (example: If you have a specific font or font style in mind)
• Any images or examples you have seen either in our portfolio or anywhere online
• Links to your Social Media (example: YouTube, Twitch, Mixer, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc…)

Delivery
The next step is choosing an estimated delivery method. We currently offer two delivery methods: (Working days are Mon – Fri):
• Rush Delivery: $25
• Standard Delivery: FREE
The delivery time frames are for our delivery of the first draft of the design. Please note that these are estimated and depending on the order we may deliver slightly before or after the initial estimate depending on the complexity of the artwork. When you buy one of our products, a paid a confirmation email will be sent to you via email which contains the delivery estimate and order number for your records.
First Draft
From here our artists will get to work on designing the artwork. Once the first draft has been completed, you will be contacted via email with a short description of the work done and a Dropbox link to the first draft for your review. This is a chance to give us feedback on the artwork and let us know if you want any changes to the overall theme or style. If you are happy with a design, just let us know which draft you prefer and we will proceed with designing the rest of the art in this style. If an edit is needed such as a large overhaul or a change of theme this is the time to request this. If a larger change is needed please allow two more working days for us to process your request.
Final Draft and Edits
If you are happy with the first draft of the artwork, our artists will then work through the rest of the artwork in the style that you have chosen and mock up everything which was included in your order. All of the drafts will be based on the same theme and style as the first draft provided. Then, you will be contacted via email and will be provided with another description of the artwork that we have created as well as providing you with a Dropbox link to the final artwork. We do advise that you test the delivered artwork on your stream/channel as a lot of the assets are made to fit perfectly on the platform that it is designed for. An example of this is that text may not look aligned in the correct position until applied to its intended area.
From here if you require any further edits to the final draft please provide us with a list of changes (ideally a bullet-pointed list with each item plus the changes needed to it) within 5 working days. After that deadline, we reserve the right to mark this order as complete, which signals the end of any artwork changes.

For the price given for this, this is an absolute must for any streamer! The graphic designer is very talented and works with you every step of the way. Any concern or detail I saw that I thought was missing or needed to be changed, he gave me his input as well as changed it to see what it would look like. On top of this, I’m not creative or a graphic designer, he was amazing at coming up with ideas to make my logo feel unique to me and give it an original feel. Pandavoc went through multiple revisions with each time getting better. The most important thing to me was every step, from the original drawings to the color, I was informed with to make sure it was the direction I wanted to go with.
